Working with BT3 Renovations was a very pleasant experience for me. They were referred to me by a friend who hired them twice to do work at their house (basement finish and kitchen renovation). Out of the 3 companies that I interviewed, I felt as though Bt3 Renovations was the best fit for my project.
My project involved finishing my basement. Once I did my research on how I wanted it to look, JJ was very helpful with bringing my vision to life. He was very insightful on envisioning the final product, which took a lot of the guess work out of my decision making process.
Once I settled on a start date, he and Joey came over to review the final plans and answer all of my questions prior to start, which is when I signed the contract. From there, Joey was my POC for the construction.
All of the workers were very respectful of my home and time. They showed up promptly everyday, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Prior to them starting they were introduced to me so I knew who was in my home al all times.
I love my finished basemnet and would definitley hire them again.

As with any reconstruction project, there were a few issues to work through, but in each situation, they delivered to my satisfaction and kept within the budget they proposed or with little increase as the repair was not something either of us expected to find.

JJ and his team did a great job. They first came out and got an idea of what exactly I wanted to do in my bathroom. They measured and took pictures. Next, I received an email with suggested layout and all the fixtures, flooring vanity, light, shower rod, toilet, and paint. Included were the websites or stores so that I could look at everything on-line or in store. After approving and making a few small changes, things were ordered, and I received updates on when everything should arrive to start the remodel. There were some delays as supplies were delayed or no longer available.
Once everything was in, demo began. Everyone was great and they took care in covering floors and putting plastic over doorways. Each day they made sure that items were cleaned up and no messes were left until the next day. Crew members were easy to ask questions about the work being done, as well as them asking me where to install mirror, towel bars, shower head, and willing to make small changes as the remodel went along.
I love my new bathroom and I look forward to the next bathroom project.

My wife and I purchased a home at the end of 2019. The house was built in 1976 and needed to be brought up to date. We hired a general contractor (not BT3) that demoed our home and then ran off with our money. They started the demo in April 2020 and in July 2020. Our family of 6 lived in the house during all of this, we were devastated.
